Mold: 1 resin mold with mobile wall and four hydraulic/pneumatic movements

Design: The starting point of the design project was to make the entire cover of the machine in a single piece, with ventilation grids and jutting openings for inspection.  The resin mold that has been used to make the body structure exemplifies excellence in this type of technology.

Benefit: The single mold provides a low-cost solution to both esthetics and outer shell issues. The body covers the piece entirely, reducing assembly time.
