The moulding process takes place mainly with high pressure equipment, which mixes the polyurethane components inside the injection head immediately before the polyurethane is injected into the mould.


The cycle time varies according to the type of Baydur® used: expanded and lighter materials require more time, while compact and heaver material takes less time. Baydur, in the expanded versions, is also ideal as an outer coating, capable of “imitating” all kinds of material and receiving an almost unlimited range of colours.


When, on the contrary, you need a supporting structure or a very solid, but not very thick, rigid coating, Baydur 110 can be used as an extremely valid alternative to metal.
